The Pie Bird Café is a pie and beverage pairing shop. I was inspired by my sister and mother; whose passion is pies! One Thanksgiving they together baked 15 different pies. Sweet, savory, and unique; they like to experiment and try them all. My personal favorite is plum pie! I originally thought of this business being based in St. George, Utah; but really it could be founded in any major city with lots of tourists.
