The Pie Bird Café is a conceptual brand for a specialty pie and beverage pairing shop. Inspired by my mother and sister’s passion for baking—especially their unforgettable Thanksgiving with 15 unique pies—this project celebrates creativity in flavor and design. Featuring sweet, savory, and experimental pairings, the brand reflects the spirit of exploration and comfort. Originally envisioned as a tourist-friendly destination in St. George, Utah, the concept is adaptable to any major city with a vibrant culinary scene. This project includes branding, packaging, and promotional materials designed to capture the charm and personality of a modern pie café.
